Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented e-Commerce Intern / Entry-Level e-Commerce Specialist to oversee and manage the operations of our e-commerce platforms. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to learn all aspects of e-commerce while contributing to the success and growth of our online business. You’ll work closely with our management team, gaining comprehensive training and exposure to best practices in sales, marketing, and technology.
Responsibilities:
• Design: Develop and enhance the user experience and interface of our e-commerce websites.
• Management & Operations: Oversee daily website operations to ensure seamless functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Product Data & Assortment: Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and assortment across platforms.
• Marketing & Promotion: Drive website traffic through effective marketing campaigns, SEO, and promotional activities.
• Performance & Sales: Monitor website performance metrics and work on strategies to boost sales and conversions.
• Social Media Success: Collaborate on social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• AI Integration Requirements: Assist in integrating AI tools to optimize website operations and customer experience.
• Growth & Vision: Support initiatives that drive long-term growth and align with the company’s vision.
• Fulfillment & Inventory Control: Ensure proper inventory management, fulfillment processes, and drop-ship integrations.
• Third-Party Marketplace Integration: Manage integrations with platforms like Amazon, eBay, and more.
• ERP Systems Understanding: Learn and apply concepts related to the Odoo ERP platform to streamline e-commerce operations.

Compensation:
